All Orders will be processed immediately, however the delivery times can vary according to the items. For tracking your order, you have to wait for a message from our partner shipping company, through which, you will be provided with a ORDER TRACKING NUMBER. You will then be able to directly track the shipment from the given shipping company’s website with the help of the tracking number. 

            We, at Ataraxians will ensure that the shipment reaches our valuable customers within a time frame of 2-5 days after placing an order. Customers will be kept well informed regarding any updates to their order.

Yes, Our delivery partner will contact you, to schedule the delivery, in the mobile number provided at the time of placing your order.

Our delivery partner will call to know your convenient time for delivery. If incase, still due to unavoidable circumstances, the customer is not available at the given address to receive the parcel, then the delivery person will schedule a new slot/time for delivery. 

              However, if the customer is unavailable again even after 2 consecutive slots, the parcel may be returned back to us. If it returns, then, extra charges will be required for booking an all new delivery again. Kindly contact us through chat or Email us (with your order number), if you need further clarifications.

For reporting damaged products, proper evidence is needed.

Please take pictures of the damaged product immediately upon opening the parcel and write all that you would like to convey & kindly mail it to customerhappiness@ataraxians.com

Returns will be accepted up to 7 days after the order gets delivered to the customer. After 7 days no exchange of products can be availed, except for those goods that are under warranty period.
